3x new toilet-bathrooms, (underground) septic tank and piping

Dear Brothers & Sisters, Assalamu alaikum:

 

We have another toilet-bathroom situation that is in dire need, and it is for an Islamic elementary school that has two (2) functional toilet-bathrooms that are used by 165 elementary kids and faculty.

 

This Islamic Elementary School has 150x young kids who are in their primary education stage, and more importantly – Islamic studies. There are also 15x faculty members that are part of this institution. However, they are all sharing 2x functional bathrooms out of the 6x, and unfortunately, the other four toilets are not functional and are used for storage. The goal is to build a new separate structure & toilet system that is self-standing and in a primary location that is easily accessible from all the classrooms.

 

The elementary students’ Islamic studies program focuses on Quranic reading & writing, understanding and memorizing of Quran, and basic Islamic studies (history, biography, etc.). One of the key focuses is to teach the students that “…cleanliness is half of the deen.” And to do so – is to not just to talk about it, but to educate them through action and practicality. How can the teachers educate these young students if they don’t have the means or the application to educate cleanliness.

 

This is where you - as our donor, help and support these young elementary kids start their foundation and to understand the deen about cleanliness with accessible and usable toilet-bathrooms.

 

This campaign will include building:

·      An out-house style bathroom with overhang

·      With 3x fully functional toilet-bathrooms

·      A new underground septic tank

·      Supply & install piping from the existing water well & water tank, and

·      A four (4) faucet wudu facility

 

We are looking to raise USD $2,865.00 to accommodate this Islamic elementary school with the necessary toilet-bathrooms. In the past, ARC has already built and installed eighteen (18) bathroom toilet & wudu systems that are successful and functional, Alhamdulillah. Our team is ready and standing by.
