Serving needy people in Aceh, North Sumatra

Since the tremendous rain, floods, and mud slides in Aceh, Northern Sumatra in December 2025, ARC has been able to build-out 60-100 meter deep water wells, provide pumps, 3-ton water containers, and more in each of the nine (9) locations that is helping almost 400 families and a middle school of over 400 students. 

 

In actuality, the Aceh area is in need of over 150 water wells to the areas where they were affected. ARC is turning back to YOU - our donors to help with the next ten (10) additional water wells in smaller affected areas that have limited access – therefore, smaller water tanks that helps smaller and scattered villages. 

 

This would include…

• 2-ton water containers (less expensive & serves a smaller community)

• A water pump

• Running pipes & faucets

• Bore water wells (60-100 meters deep)

• Assist 15-30 families per village.
