Project Benifits

Farmers depend on water for their rice fields to succeed, and while during the rainy season they are safe from drought, the other 6-months - the dry season, they struggle to quench the crops needs which usually requires them to pay for water. However, since Amanah Relief Center and donors presence in the Pagerbarang area, Allah has allowed us to install nine (9) rice field water wells, which have improved the farmers economical situation by 33%. How so? For each rice field water well that is installed, 10-12 farmers benefit from the water well and it can provide water up to 3-hectares of land per water well. Therefore, the farmers 33% economical improvement is because instead of harvesting twice a year, they can now plant and harvest their crops three times a year. Imagine....for $300.00 per rice field water well, Allah will multiply your sadaqah jariyah endlessly, and in turn - it will help improve the economics of those rice farmers by 33%. Alhamdulillah.
